Projects

150T THUNDIS CRANE

The automation of the 150T capacity SD-19 Tundish Crane, the mecanics of which was installed by BVS Bülbüloğlu Vinç San. ve Tic. A. Ş. Company, was commissioned at İsdemir İskenderun Demir ve Çelik A. Ş. facility.

In the automation system, Siemens S7-1500 series PLC and Siemens S120 regenerative drive system were installed and Profinet communication was provided with the CPU and Siemens remote I/O in all axess. Siemens Drive-Base Anti Sway (oscillation prevention) system is used in the drives.

Thanks to the automation system, possible problems will be solved in a much shorter time in service and maintenance works.

50T PORTAL CRANE

The automation of the 50T capacity and 72M length Portal Crane, the mecanics of which was installed by BVS Bülbüloğlu Vinç San. ve Tic. A. Ş. Company, was commissioned at Karabük Kardemir Demir-Çelik A. Ş. High Temp Furnace Ore Plant facility.

Thanks to the automation system, possible problems will be solved in a much shorter time in service and maintenance works.

100T MARINE YACHT TRAVELING LIFT

In addition to the hydraulic pistons, the hydraulic control of all the motors used in the driving, rotation and lifting axes is provided, and the automation of the 100t capacity Travel Lift has been completed with PLC control.
